Invoices
Olivia uses a pay-per-slot pricing model. You only pay for the slots you use — see Pay per Slot for details on how pricing works.
Viewing Invoices
Go to "Invoices" from the account menu to see all invoices associated with your account.
Each invoice shows:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | When the invoice was created |
| Total | Total amount charged |
| Subtotal | Amount before tax |
| Tax | Tax rate and type (e.g., 19% VAT) |
| Slots | Number of slots included in the invoice |
| Project | The project (team) the slots belong to |
Downloading Receipts
Click the download button next to any invoice to access the full receipt via the payment provider. Receipts are also sent to your email at the time of purchase.
Customer Portal
You can access the customer billing portal to manage your payment methods and billing details. The portal is provided by the payment provider (Lemon Squeezy).
