Recruiting
Dashboard
The Dashboard is your central hub for managing all bookings in your project. It provides a searchable, filterable, and sortable list of all slots with quick access to respondent details and editing.
What You See
The dashboard shows a table of slots with the following columns:
| Column | Information |
|---|---|
| Name | Respondent name, label (if assigned), slot ID, and product name |
| Date | Appointment date and time, check-in/out duration (if applicable) |
| Mode | Slot name and mode name |
| Recruiter | Name of the recruiter who booked the slot |
| Status | Current slot status (Open, Booked, Show, No Show, etc.) |
| Last update | Time since the last change (e.g., "3 minutes ago") |
| Edit | Link to the slot detail page |
Admins see all slots in the project. Recruiters see only slots with respondents booked by them.
Slots without a respondent show only the slot ID and product restrictions.
Row Highlighting
Rows are color-coded based on the respondent's status:
- Yellow: Respondent has "Request Change" status
- Green: Respondent is confirmed (Self or Request)
- Red: Respondent is cancelled
A pulsing indicator appears on slots where a respondent has checked in but not yet checked out.
Search
Use the search bar at the top of the dashboard to find specific slots. Search works across multiple fields:
- Respondent name
- Product name
- Mode name
- Slot label
- Slot name
- Recruiter name
Use the keyboard shortcut Cmd+K (macOS) or Ctrl+K (Windows/Linux) to focus the search input.
Filters
Filter the dashboard using the dropdown menus at the top:
| Filter | Options |
|---|---|
| Date | Filter by specific appointment date |
| Product | Filter by product name |
| Mode | Filter by mode name |
| Status | Filter by slot status (Open, Booked, Show, No Show, etc.) or respondent status (Default, Confirmed, Cancelled, etc.) |
Filters can be combined. For example, filter by a specific date and product to see only the relevant slots.
Remembering Filters
Enable "Remember filters & sorting" to save your current filter and sort preferences per project. Olivia stores these locally in your browser so they persist between sessions.
Sorting
Click on any column header to sort by that column. Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order. Available sort options:
- Name: Sort by respondent name (alphabetical)
- Date: Sort by appointment date and time
- Updated: Sort by last update time
- Mode: Sort by mode
- Recruiter: Sort by recruiter name
The default sort is by appointment date (ascending).
Viewing Product Restrictions
