Create a new project

After you have registered an account, a demo project will be created for you. You can use this project to try out all features of Olivia. If you want to use Olivia for your own projects, you have to create a new project.

Of course, the demo project is limited and only used for testing purposes.

Enable 2FA for security (only once)

Unless you are using the demo project, you have to enable Two-Factor-Authentification (2FA) for your account. 2FA is a security feature that requires you to enter a code from your smartphone in addition to your password when logging in. It may sound complicated, but it's actually very easy to set up and has to be done only once.

How to set up 2FA:

Download the authenticator app of your choice. We recommend Aegis Authenticator for Android and Raivo Authenticator for iOS. If you already use an authenticator app, you can of course use it.
Open the app and click on the plus sign to add a new account.
Select "Scan QR code" and scan the QR code on the Olivia website.
Enter the 6-digit code that appears in the app into the field on the Olivia website and click on "Confirm".
Your 2FA is now set up. Additionally, you will receive recovery codes that you can use to log in if you lose your smartphone. Please save these codes in a safe place.

That's it! From now on, you will be asked for a code from your authenticator app in addition to your password when logging in. If you lose your smartphone, you can use the recovery codes to log in. This process has to be done only once and is valid for all projects.

Create your first new project

Once you have enabled 2FA, you can create a new project.

Click on "Create New Project" in the menu. You will be asked to enter a name for your project. You can change this name at any time later.

You can now start to configure your project.
