Getting Started
To get started with Olivia, you need to register an account.
You can try out all features of Olivia for free.

You will receive an email with a confirmation link. Click on the link to confirm your email address. - Try Olivia for free
After registering, a demo project will be created for you. Try out all features totally free. - Create your own project
To use Olivia with your real project, create a new project. Invite your team members and set up your project.

Project Setup
Set up the structure of your market research project:
- Create a Project — create a new project and enable 2FA
- Modes — define evaluation types (e.g., interview, focus group, quant) with durations
- Products — define items respondents will evaluate, with quotas and mode assignments
- Slots — create time slots via form or Excel import, manage statuses, and use bulk operations
- Questions — add screening questions with drag-and-drop reordering and short names for invitation placeholders
- PDF Invitations — customize PDF invitations with dynamic placeholders, logos, QR codes, and formatting
Recruiting & Booking
The day-to-day workflow for managing respondents:
- Booking — the 3-step booking flow for recruiters (product, slot, name)
- Respondents — view and manage respondent details, statuses, and change requests
- Dashboard — the central hub for viewing and managing all booked slots
- Check-in — on-site check-in/out via Study Live, QR codes, or manual methods, with labels
Team & Communication
Collaborate with your team:
