Introduction

Olivia is a booking system for your market research projects.

Register an account and try out all features of Olivia in the demo project for free. Olivia is not a subscription service, but a pay-per-use service. You only pay for the projects you actually use - no risk, no hidden costs.

Features to save you time

  • Real-time bookings Your recruiters can book appointments in real time. You can see the bookings immediately and can react to them.
  • Set up complex studies Create quantitative surveys, focus groups, in-depth interviews and much more. Do you need a focus group with respondents owning a special brand? Set up the focus group and define the brand as a requirement. Olivia will only allow bookings that meet your requirements. Recruiting on autopilot.
  • Live statistics How many respondents have already been recruited, participated, or are still needed to meet your target? Get all the information you need about your project at a glance.
  • Team management Invite your recruiters or project managers to your project and help you with the project. This will save you countless hours sending emails and making phone calls.
  • Team messages Sometimes your project variables changes and you need to inform your team. Everybody on your team will see the message before the booking. This way you can be sure that everyone is up to date.
  • Questionaire Your client needs additional information from your participants? Just add all questions to your project and Olivia will ask the questions for you.
  • On site check-in Check in and check out your participants on site. Keep track of who is present and who is not. No more paper lists!
  • Excel export After your project is finished, you can export all data to Excel. This way you can easily import the data into your analysis software.
  • PDF invitation To make it easier for you to invite your participants, Olivia will generate a PDF invitation for you. Of course, you can customize the invitation to your needs.
  • QR code check-in/out Quickly check in and check out participants using QR codes, streamlining the on-site process and reducing manual errors.
