Account Settings

Manage your personal account settings from the Profile page. Go to your name in the top-right menu and click "Profile".

Profile Information

Update your name and email address. If you change your email, you will need to verify the new address before it takes effect.

You can also upload or change your profile photo.

Timezone

Set your timezone to ensure that all dates and times in Olivia are displayed correctly for your location. Your timezone affects:

  • Slot scheduling: Appointment times on the dashboard and booking flow
  • Excel exports: All exported timestamps are converted to your timezone
  • PDF invitations: Appointment dates and times in generated invitations
  • Statistics: Time-based charts and metrics

Olivia detects your browser's timezone automatically, but you can override it manually. Choose your timezone from the dropdown list and save.

Setting the correct timezone is especially important when your project spans multiple time zones or when recruiters are in different locations.

Password

Update your password at any time. You will need to enter your current password for confirmation.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. When enabled, you will need to enter a code from your authenticator app in addition to your password when logging in.

2FA is required before you can create non-demo projects. See Two-Factor Authentication for setup instructions.

From the profile page you can:

  • Enable or disable 2FA
  • View and regenerate recovery codes
  • Re-confirm your 2FA setup

Browser Sessions

View and manage your active browser sessions. If you need to log out of other devices (for example, if you left a session open on a shared computer), you can log out all other browser sessions from here. You will need to confirm your password.

Delete Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data. This action is irreversible and requires password confirmation.
