PDF invitation

The PDF invitation is the invitation you send to your respondents. It contains all the information your respondents need to participate in your project. You can customize the PDF invitation to your needs. You can add text blocks, use your own logo, set the date format, edit the salutation and much more. Just like questions, PDF invitations can be exported and imported to use the same invitation for different projects.

The following video shows you how to customize the PDF invitation:

Header logo

You can add your own logo to the PDF invitation. The logo will be displayed in the header of the PDF invitation.

To add you logo, click on "Select logo" and upload your logo. The logo will be resized to fit into the header.

Format text

To format your invitation you can use our WYSIWYG editor. You can add headings, bold text, tables and much more. Additionally, you can also use markdown to format your text.

Text blocks

Text blocks are placeholders for the answers to your questions. For example, if you want to include the incentive for your respondent in the invitation, you can add the placeholder {{incentive}} and the incentive will be inserted into the invitation.
