Project Messages
Overview
When project details change — a location update, a schedule shift, new instructions — you need your recruiters to see the update before their next booking. Project messages let you do exactly that.
A project message is displayed as a prominent notice at the top of the booking page. Every recruiter will see the message before selecting a product, ensuring important information is communicated before any new booking is made.
Who Can Create Messages
Only administrators and the project owner can create and edit project messages. Recruiters can see messages on the booking page but cannot create or modify them.
Creating a Message
- Go to "Project Messages" in the menu
- Write your message in the rich text editor
- Click "Save"
The editor supports formatting: bold, italic, underline, headings (H1, H2, H3), bullet lists, and ordered lists.
Updating a Message
To update the message, simply edit the text and save again. Each save creates a new version — Olivia keeps a history of all previous messages.
To remove the message from the booking page entirely, clear all the text and save an empty message.
Where Messages Appear
The message is shown at the top of the booking page (the page where recruiters select a product and slot). It appears as a styled block above the product list, so it is the first thing a recruiter sees when starting a new booking.
If no message is set (or the message is empty), nothing is displayed — the booking page looks the same as usual.
